Catering Services:

The Tasteful Garden now offers Catering! You can have food items delivered to you or we can provide full service set-up and clean up.  Choose from the items below or call us for a custom meal for your special event.  Our delivery area is from west to Birmingham, north to Gadsden, south to Roanoke, east to Atlanta and all points in between.

Appetizer trays         $30.00 each (2 trays feed approx. 20)

Cheese and Crackers Tray with sun-dried tomato with goat cheese & basil cheese ball a selection of rich flavorful cheeses, crackers, and herbed croutons.

Shrimp dipping Tray with the freshest large tender shrimp and our special sauces for dipping including Thai lime-ginger sauce with cilantro, herb-garlic oil, and cumin-barbeque sauce.

Gourmet Vegetable Tray with the freshest gourmet produce available and our own delicious creamy dips such as spicy cilantro-yogurt and fresh herbal ranch.

Antipasti Tray with fresh Italian cold cuts and marinated artichokes, black olives, and cheeses served with crunchy breadsticks.

Salads and Sandwiches:

Lunches can be individually boxed or served in trays.  One salad and sandwich or soup with soft drinks $12.00 per person, minimum 10 people.  Add an additional salad for $2.00 per person.

Salads (choose one):

Special baby greens salad with freshly made Balsamic salad dressing, cucumber, tomato, parmesan cheese and sun dried tomato croutons.

Fresh Minted Fruit Salad with Strawberries, Pineapple, Melons, Grapes or other fresh fruit in season.

Lemon potato salad with fresh basil and new red potatoes

Italian Pasta salad with marinated roasted peppers, garlic, and sweet caramelized onions.

Sandwiches and Soups (choose one):

French Tarragon tuna or chicken salad on fresh pita breads filled with premium chunky tuna or chicken salad flavored with tarragon and dill.

Roast Beef, Vegetable or Herb Roasted Chicken a selection of sandwiches with roasted red peppers, a cream cheese chives & Horseradish sauce, garlic herb aioli, provolone cheese, baby greens, and pickled red onions on large sandwich rolls.  Specify wheat or white bread rolls.

Spiral Honey baked Ham slices on French Baguette slices with a spicy dijon herbed mayonnaise and baby lettuces. (Minimum 25 people)

Chicken Tortilla Soup spicy and warm with Mexican melting cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, guacamole, and salsa.

Corn Chowder with Ham Sweet corn, ham, cream, potatoes and a selection of crackers.

Dinner Items:                   $20.00 per person includes tea, coffee,& soft drinks   

Chicken Roulade Breasts pounded thin and rolled with spinach, ricotta, sun-dried tomatoes with a pesto cream sauce served with orzo pasta and buttered carrots.

Broiled Salmon Filets with a honey-balsamic glaze served with Herb Roasted new potatoes and Asparagus tips in our lemon vinaigrette dressing.

Shrimp Bow-tie Pasta with colorful vegetables in a creamy light garlic and olive oil sauce served with garlic breadsticks.

Baked Penne with Roasted Chicken, Fresh Vegetables, and Roasted Garlic Alfredo sauce, Baby greens salad, and Sun dried tomato croutons.

Roasted Chicken with an Herb and Lemon marinade, served with Herb roasted new potatoes and buttered carrots or broccoli.

Desserts:

Cookie trays with a mix of gourmet cookies       $12.00 (approx. 15 large cookies)

Cheesecake with fruit or chocolate topping              $20.00 (serves approx. 16)

Cake tray with a mix of cakes                               $30.00 (serves approx. 36)
