Ricotta Basil Spread
1 c. ricotta cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon milk
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
salt and pepper to taste
Mix, chill for at least 30 minutes. Good w/crackers or fresh veggies.
Thin w/more milk to make a dip.
