Excellent tangy flavor, but still sweet, this slicing tomato is perfect for fried green tomatoes, pickling, and it can be diced without becoming mushy which makes for the best Salsa Verde. Perfect for grilling too. Keeps for up to two weeks after picking. Indeterminate 72 days.
