Arugula plants are growing in our large 4.5" pots and have several seeds planted per pot. They can be planted in a clump and harvested for up to 2-3 months. Best grown in partly shaded or cooler conditions.
Actually more of a vegetable than an herb, this plant has a short life span going to seed after about 2 months. Best grown during the cooler seasons of Spring and Fall, the leaves can be harvested young and tender or larger for a fuller flavor. Best grown in partly shaded or cooler conditions. Flowers are edible too! Use Arugula in soups, on pizzas, or just fresh in a salad.
