Yes, we said Granny Smith Tomato! This hybrid plant produces good yields of 8-12 oz green tomatoes. The tomatoes are flavorful and stay green when fully mature with a hint of gold coloring. Excellent tangy flavor, but still sweet, this slicing tomato is perfect for fried green tomatoes, pickling, and it can be diced without becoming mushy which makes for the best Salsa Verde. Perfect for grilling too. Keeps for up to two weeks after picking. Indeterminate.72 days.
