In all likelihood, you have never seen a red bell pepper like this one. Reina is a beautiful, large, Lamuyo-type sweet pepper, with an elongated 'bell' shape. Ripens from green to a deep, rich red color, sweet amazing flavor. Great fresh, roasted, grilled, or fried. Good for garden or for patio container growing. We recommend a small tomato cage for supporting heavy fruit. Good disease resistance too! 70 days to maturity

Our pepper plants are grown in extra large 4.5" pots and are generally about 4-8" tall depending upon the variety. Each plant is wrapped individually to hold in the soil and moisture. We ship in large pots to keep the stress of transport to a minimum. Our interior cartons are made to fit our plants. Order any quantity you want, we don't require you to order by the dozen!

"PROLIFIC"

Comments: These were SO prolific, produced through our TX heat with some irrigation my on into fall, goodness, I was almost happy to see our first frost 11/27. Raw, roasted, canned or frozen they were GREAT!
