Tracking Your Order and Shipping information

To track your order, simply paste the UPS tracking number you were provided into the box below. Please note that tracking numbers typically are effective about 24 hours AFTER we ship your order.

If you don't have your tracking number, please log in to your account by clicking on "My Account" at the top of this page, click on "View My Orders", then the "Order Details" link will show your tracking numbers at the bottom of the page with a link to view your tracking status.

Live plant orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays so that they arrive before the weekend.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM CST. We check and answer emails consistently after hours and on weekends.
